Eugene R. Reno, 88 of Salem, NH, died Tuesday, May 18, 2004 in the St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua, NH. Mr. Reno was born in Sedro-Wooley, WA on May 19, 1915, a son of the late Eustin and Margaret E. (Royea) Reno. He was a resident of Salem for over 50 years, formerly living in East Derry, NH. He was self employed as an antiques dealer.
He is survived by two grandchildren, Robert Poole, and Richard Poole, his sister, Louise Pieper of Lakewood, OH, and one nephew, Robert Pieper of Lakewood, OH. He was predeceased by his wife, Ellen (Welch) Reno who died in 1997 and his daughter, Patricia Poole.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 22nd at 10:00am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. The burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in E. Derry. Friends may call on Friday afternoon from 2 - 4 in the funeral home.
