Ollie J. Partridge, of Boston’s North End died Monday in the North End Nursing Center. She was 95.
Born in Boston, and raised in Woburn, she was the daughter of the late Henry Partridge and the late Agnes (Clarke) Partridge. Ollie grew-up on her father’s apple farm in North Woburn. She later lived in Charlestown and Boston. She had a 45-year career as a librarian with the Boston Public Library. She retired in 1977. Ollie enjoyed the company of her family, especially summers in Rockport with her sister’s family.
Ollie is survived by a sister Ethel Folsom of the North End and her brother Paul Partridge of W. Roxbury. She also leaves 4 loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be offered in Sacred Heart Church, 12 North Sq., Boston, Friday May 21, at 10am. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
