Obituary

SALEM- Louise E. (Mullarkey) Campbell, 93, wife of the late Thomas J. Campbell, of Salem, died Monday evening, February 25, 2002, following a short illness.

Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late James W. And Catherine (Donlon) Mullarkey.

Mrs Campbell was a lifelong resident of Salem, a parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Church for over 70 years, and was a member of the Mothers Guild of the church. She was a summer resident of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire for 40 years.

She is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Marie and Richard C. O’Neil, of Peabody, Elaine and Edward J. McNiff of Danvers, Claire and Norman R. Tache of Salem, Kathleen and Robert S. Sharp of West Peabody, 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, one sister and her husband, Alice D. And Gardner Tipert of Wenham, two daughters-in-law, Harriet Campbell of Beverly, Elaine Campbell of Hamilton and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Eleanor L. Campbell, James T. Campbell, Paul J. Campbell, Dennis J. Campbell and sister of the late John Mullarkey, Martin Mullarkey, James Mullarkey, Mary Fullerton and Catherine Dalton.

Her funeral service will be on Friday, March 1, 2002 at 9 am from the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 am at the Immaculate Conception Church, Salem. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours are Thursday 4 to 8 pm. Burial in St Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
