Julia A. (Stankowsky) Siddle, 94, of North Andover, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 13th, 2012, at the Prescott House Nursing Home in North Andover, MA.
She was the widow of the late Lawrence Siddle who passed away on August 14th, 1973. Jay is survived by: two nephews, David and Paul Stankowsky; a niece, Nancy Murray Bott; many grand nieces and grand nephews; a close personal friend and caretaker, Sarah Hey. She was predeceased by her brother and sister, Adolph and Amelia Stankowsky; her nephew Philip J. Murray, Jr.
Jay worked as a specker in the Lawrence Mills as a young woman. She was an avid bird lover and doted on her talking parakeet. Her interests including knitting for her family, indoor house painting, and in her later years, bingo. She will be sadly missed by her family.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to call on Thursday, August 16th, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 35 Merrimack Street, North Andover, Massachusetts. Her funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home immediately following the wake.
