Howard Brown Moseley, 79, died on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at his residence in Stewart County, Bumpus Mills, Tennessee. He was born on October 22, 1932 in Robertson Coutny, Tennessee to the late Benjamin Harrison Moseley and Mary Bea Nicholson Moseley. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Talmadge Macon Moseley, Wallace Tyson Mosley, Benjamin Harrison Moseley, Jr., and G.W. Moseley and two sisters, Mary Davis Sneed and Doris Ruth Gill.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Howard served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Fulton based in New London, Conneticut. He was formerly of Hialeah, Florida and later retired to Stewart County, Tennessee.
He is survived by his brother, Carl Edward Moseley (Ann) of Clarksville, TN; two sisters, Alice M. Batson (Richard) of Clarksville, TN and Sue Ann Simpson (Don) of Hermitage, TN; and two sister-in-laws, Irene Moseley of Guthrie, KY and Reby Mosley of Clarksville, TN.
