Sullivan, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Dracut and Kathleen Sullivan of Wakefield. Son of the late former State Senator and 3 term Chelsea Mayor Bernard L., and Grace G. (Delano) Sullivan. Loving brother of Bernard L. Sullivan of Peabody and the late John J. Sullivan and Grace R. Hanson. Dear brother-in-law of Louise Sullivan of Dennis. Also lovingly survived by several grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Francis Garrity, officiating. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Monday evening from 7-9 PM and on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Late United States Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict, retired 34 year employee of the New England Telephone/Nynex Companies and member of the Sagamore Club. Born in Chelsea, he spent most of his early years prior to and after returning from active duty in the United States Air Force. For the last 38 years, he made his home in Revere and for 34 of those years worked for the New England Telephone Co. and Nynex as a line assigner at their offices in Chelsea and Malden retiring in 1988.
