Suzanne (Holbrook) DeLucia, 64, of Franklin died August 5 in Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. She was the wife of Ralph A. DeLucia.
Born in Milford, March 5, 1948, the daughter of the late Lewis and Ethel (Larking) Holbrook, Mrs. DeLucia was raised and had lived in Franklin all her life.
She was a graduate of Franklin High School and the Forsyth Dental School.
Mrs. DeLucia had worked as a dental hygienist for several Franklin area dentists for 21 years.
She then worked as a sales clerk at the TJ Max store in Franklin for 20 years until the store closed.
Suzanne loved to travel and enjoyed trips to Europe.
She was a devoted and loving grandmother, which was what, brought her the most joy.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Danielle DeLucia of Worcester, Stephanie DeBaggis of Uxbridge and Lianne DeLucia of Worcester.
She is also survived by her siblings, Alfred Hook of Palm Springs, CA, Carol Phipps of Portsmouth, VA, Virginia Beck of Redlands, CA and Allan Holbrook of Franklin.
She was the sister of the late Nelson Hook, David Holbrook and William Holbrook.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Maia, Sera, Sean, Kira, Skylar and Nathan.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday August 10 in St. John’s Episcopal Church in Franklin at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be private.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St. in Franklin.
