BENNETT, Philip Allen “Nightcrawler”, 46, of Louisville, born February 8, 1966 , returned peacefully to his Heavenly Father, July 24, 2012.
He was a 1984 graduate of Oldham County High School, a Master Electrician for 25 years and a CB enthusiast. He was a fun loving “gentle”man.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Bennett; son, Johnathon Allen Bennett; step-son, Sean Michael Cunningham; parents, Ronnie and Doris Bennett; brother, Danny Bennett (Stephanie); sisters, Janice Christian (Hank) and Doris Ann Flaherty (Danny); nieces and nephews, Michael and Michelle Conklin, Kevin, Nicole and Bennett Christian, Michael and Christian Bennett; great nephews and niece, Anthony and Makayla (goddaughter)Mitchell and Jackson Carter; and many aunts and uncles including, Gordon, Jerry, Mary, Betty and Janet.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Norton Audubon Hospital, including Dr. John Horlander, for their devoted care.
His service will be Friday 11am at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Thursday 1-8pm at the funeral home.
