Grovetown, GA – Steven Paul Cotton, 42, entered into rest on Monday, July 16, 2012.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel with Pastor Steve Davis officiating.
Steven enjoyed spending time with his family and loved being everyone’s favorite uncle. He also enjoyed working in the yard. His favorite thing to do was spend time playing with children and making them laugh. He truly lived his life loving his neighbor as himself. Steven loved everyone and everyone that knew him, loved him.
Survivors include four sisters, Debbie Cotton (Gardner Perez, Jr.), Sharon Hurst (Hugh), Sheila Charron (Donald), Mary Flum, five brothers, Felton Cotton, Jr. (Juliana), Darrin Cotton, Melvin Cotton (Melinda), Stanley Cotton, Patrick Cotton, 23 nieces and nephews, and 14 great nieces and nephews. Steven was preceded in death by his parents, the late Felton Cotton, Sr. and Mary Cotton.
Family and friends will gather to pay their last respects one hour prior to the service.
