NIANTIC: Violet Haskell, of Niantic CT and a longtime resident of Shrewsbury, MA, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2004 at Bridebrook Rehabilitation facility in Niantic CT. She was 103 years old.
She was the wife of the late Leslie Haskell.
She is survived by her daughter, Madelyn Wyckoff, of Niantic, CT, 3 granddaughters, Jill Laird of San Clemente, CA, Lisa Nilson of Granby, CT, Andrea Nilson of North Stonington, CT, 2 great granddaughters, 8 nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2004, at 1pm at the First Congregational Church of Shrewsbury, MA.
Memorial donations may be made in Violet’s name to the First Congregational Church of Shrewsbury.
