Rose Petrillo, 90 of Medford, died Saturday after a brief illness in the Winchester Hospital, Winchester, MA.
Born in Italy, she lived in Medford since 1954 and formerly of the West End of Boston. She was the daughter of the late Maria (Vazzino) and Dominic Mirabella.
Rose was a Stitcher, in the mattress industry in the Boston area for 40 yeas and retired in1982.
Beloved wife of the late Thomas Petrillo. Devoted mother of Robert Petrillo and his wife Liz of Medford, the late Rosemarie “Honey” Minden and Richard Petrillo. Mother in law of Elliott Minden of Millbury. Loving grandmother of Ramone and Christian Petrillo, Michael, Kim, and Cassandra Minden, April and Joseph Petrillo. Loving great grandmother of Taylor, Michael, Tanisha, Vannessa, Isabella, Ava, Cameron, Alana and Joleigh. Sister of Phyllis Foniri and Mary Silviera both of Scituate.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Wednesday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
