Francelina (Viveiros Rego) Bettencourt, age 80 of Fall River passed away April 12, 2012. Born in Santo António Alem Capelas, São Miguel, Açores,she was the wife of Agostinho Bettencourt and daughter of the late Joao Viveiros Rego and Irene Jesus Furtado.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael Parish.
Francelina was the mother of Angie Felizola (husband Rodolfo) of Fall River, Jose Bettencourt (wife Maggie) of Fall River, Agostinho Bettencourt (wife Maria) of Sao Miguel and Carlos Bettencourt (wife Margarida) of Fall River; sister of Augusta Furtado and Natalia Pacheco of Canada and the late Joao De Rego, Jose De Rego, Maria Helena Oliveira, Antonio Viveiros and Irene Jesus; grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 4 and an aunt to several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St., Fall River MONDAY at 8 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 9 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours SUNDAY 5-9 P.M. www.rogersfuneral.com
