Obituary

Stephen Cameron Power, 73, of Plymouth formerly of Malden, died on July 9th at Jordan Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his beloved wife Claire (Tenney) Power of Plymouth and his children Eric Power of Quincy, Jennifer Power of Dorchester and Jeffrey Power of Brighton and his children in Britain Patsy, Rose, Sandra, Stephen and Susan. Brother of Gerrard Power of Everett, Margaret Walter of England, Caroline Houston of Scotland, Frank Jolly of Scotland, Frances Allcorn of England and Thomas Power of Spain and many extended family in Britain and Scotland. Stephen was born and educated in Glasgow, Scotland. He has lived in Plymouth for 32 years coming from Malden and worked as a nuclear plant reactor operator at the Pilgrim Station for over 20 years. Stephen enjoyed working in his yard, anything Scottish and especially spending time with his family. Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) on Friday, July 13th from 4 to 8 PM. Burial will be held at a later date in Scotland. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations in his memory be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
