LORETTA LOUISE (SAWIN) PIETRZAK, of Hingham, died on Friday, July 6th, 2012 at her home after a long illness at the age of 73. She is lovingly missed by daughters; Sheila Pietrzak of Germantown, NY, Karen Pietrzak Clay of Sidney, OH and Elizabeth Adams of Medford and Westford, MA; sisters Judy Pradell of Winthrop, MA and Jane Neri of Plainville, MA; 6 grandchildren, a sister-in-law, a brother-in-law and a large community of loving and supportive friends. Predeceased by sister, Priscilla Sawin Holt, brothers, Clark and David Sawin and parents, Loretta and W. Clark Sawin. She was a registered nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston from 1987 until 2010 and has been a bedside practicing nurse for more than 50 years.
A Memorial Service will be conducted on Monday, July 16th at 11 AM at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, 21 Pond St., Hingham. Friends are invited to visit the family at the Downing Chapel on Sunday, July 15th from 4-7 PM.
