Brandon Matthew Durst, 14, of Londonderry, NH died peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, July 8, 2012 while camping with his family in Maine. He was born on July 28, 1997 in Nashua, NH, a son of Eric L. Durst and Kimberley (Phillips) Durst. Brandon just finished the eighth grade at Londonderry Middle School and was set to start his freshman year at Londonderry High School in the fall. He enjoyed camping, watching his sister play softball and riding his bike. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Brandon will always be remembered for his adoring smiles. He had eyes that could touch your soul and a smile that would warm your heart. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Eric L. Durst of Manchester, and Kimberley Durst of Londonderry, two sisters, Kayla Durst and Sarah Blatchford, maternal grandmother, Joan “Memere” Phillips, paternal grandmother, Jan Philipp , several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours were held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 from 4 - 8 PM in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. A Liturgy of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday, July 12th at 10:30am in St. Mark’s Church, corner of South Road and Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Burial followed in the Pillsbury Cemetery, Londonderry.
