Dee, Rosalie (Bornholdt) of Hobe Sound, FL. formerly of Ridgewood, N.J. suddenly on June 29, 2012 at the age of 81, while caring for her husband Harry. Beloved wife of Harry Dee. Loving mother of James Dee and his wife Mary of Norwell, John Dee and his wife Eileen of Marshfield and Thomas Dee of N. Palm Beach, FL. Dear grandmother of R.J. and Mackenzie Dee. Daughter of the late Herbert and Hazel (Phipps) Bornholdt. Sister of the late Herb Bornholdt. Rosalie, for a time, worked as a private executive secretary at Allstate Insurance Co and for the New Jersey State Golf Association, however, her main focus was being a housewife and dedicated mother. Before raising her family she followed her husband Harry’s golf career for many years. After having her three sons Rosalie followed them closely through all of their many High School and College sports as well as their careers as adults. Rosalie was proud of her family.
Visiting hours will be held at the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St Rte 139 Marshfield on Wednesday July 11, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be in the Sacred Heart Parish 129 Lafayette Avenue, Suffern, NY. On Saturday July 14, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Mary Rest Cemetery in Mahwah, NJ.
