Obituary

CHICOPEE – Todd M. Dube, 30, of the Fairview section of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Thursday, July 5, 2012. He passed into Eternal Life at Holyoke Medical Center surrounded by the care and comfort of his loving family. He was born in Holyoke on June 27, 1982 a beloved son of Leo P. Dube and Lisa M. (Roda) Dube. He was raised in the Fairview section of Chicopee, graduated in 2000 from Chicopee Comprehensive High School and was a lifelong resident of Chicopee. During his years at Chicopee Comp, Todd was a member of the track and football teams. Todd enjoyed playing on his computer and surfing the net. He was a communicant of Saint Anne Church in Chicopee. He leaves his loving mother, Lisa M. Dube and her fiancé, Marc Davignon, both of Chicopee; his loving father, Leo P. Dube and his wife, Carol, of Easthampton; his beloved grandmothers, Claire Roda of Chicopee, Leda Dube of Easthampton, and Jean Kochman of California; his beloved grandparents, Joseph and Dorothy Mularski of Easthampton; his cherished brothers, Eric Dube and Ryan Dube, both of Breckenridge, CO; his cherished sister, Danielle Dube of Easthampton; his cherished step-sisters, Amy Thouin and her husband, Dale, of Chicopee and Marcie Davignon of Chicopee; his dear nephew and niece, Corey Thouin and Hailee Thouin, both of Chicopee, and many dear aunts, uncles and cousins. His family would like to thank his many personal care assistants for their constant care and attention over the past 10 years. His funeral will be held on Wednesday morning, July 11, 2012, beginning at the St. Pierre – Phaneuf Fairview Chapels, (413-533-3307), 506 Britton Street, Chicopee, MA 01020, (funeral home will open at 8:30 a.m.) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Saint Anne Church, 30 College Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. His burial will follow the Mass at Notre Dame Cemetery, 63 Lyman Street, South Hadley, MA 01075. His family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The parking lot is located in the rear of the funeral home. His family has requested that memorial donations be made in his memory to Easter Seals of Massachusetts, Denholm Building, 6th Floor, 484 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01608-1817.
