Nicolina “Lina” (Tedeschi) Ciampolillo passed away on July 7, 2012. She was 78 years old.
Lina was born in Italy and has been a longtime resident of Malden. She was devoted to her family and to her church.
Lina was the devoted wife of 54 years to the late Duilio Ciampolillo. She was the daughter of the late Antonietta and Erminio Tedeschi. Lina was the beloved mother of Flora Ciampolillo Mantak and her husband Jonathan of Wellesley. She was the loving sister of Rocco “Rocky” Tedeschi and his wife Maurilia of Saugus and Marisa Tedeschi DeMichele and her husband Mario of Swampscott. Lina was the cherished grandmother of Isabella Nicole and Madeline Andra Mantak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the A.J.Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main St. Malden on Monday July 9th at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph’s Church 770 Salem St. Malden at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Sunday (today) from 3-7pm. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden.
