Ms. Beth Ann Bears 45 of Medford, formerly of Somerville died on Saturday June 30 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford following a sudden illness. Born in Medford, daughter of Leona Ernst of Medford, she was raised in Somerville where she attended local schools. Ms. Bears, enjoyed going camping and was known as a great friend and one ready to lend a hand or give help where needed. She was a regular customer at Dunkin Donut and also was a member of the American Legion Post #388 in Somerville. She will be sadly missed by a host of relatives and friends. In addition to her mother, she leaves a beloved fiancé` John Sheehan of Medford. She is the devoted mother of Sarah, Eric and Warren Bears, John and William Sheehan all of Medford. Loving grandmother of Jayden and Kayleigh Bears. Sister of Warren Bears and his wife LeeAnn of NH, Michelle Timmins and her husband Michael of Malden and Shannon Marshall of Chicopee. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home 306 Main Street Medford on Thursday at 6:00 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Friends may visit on Thursday prior to services from 4-6 PM.
