Josephine (Gervasi) Beschi 90 of Norwood,died peacefully Monday July 2, 2012 at the Charwell House in Norwood following an illness.
Born February 13, 1922 in Framingham a daughter of the late Gaetano and Josephine (Ginnoni) Gervasi she was a resident of Norwood for the past 10 years and was a former longtime resident of Franklin.
She was raised and educated in Framingham, and worked for many years at various shoe factories in the Milford area.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother; she was also a member of St. Mary’s Church in Franklin.
Josephine is survived by her son Guido L. Beschi and his wife Dorothy of Marshfield, 2 brothers Domenic J. Gervasi of Franklin and Charles Gervasi of Florida. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren.
Her graveside funeral service and burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Franklin will be held privately.
