Charlotte M. Maley passed away Wednesday, June 27,2012 following an extended illness. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and sang in the choir. Mrs. Maley also served on the Coffee County Board of Health, Coffe Regional Hospital Auxillary, and was a devoted nurse for many years.
Survivors include her brother, Leon Lefebvre (Angele) of Brussels, Belgium, her children, Danny Maley(Carol) of Douglas, Ga, Bill Maley (Qunygh) of Surprise, AZ, Joe Maley of Sunbury, GA, Tommy Maley of Hampton, Ga, Bernard Maley(Elaine) of Sunbury, GA, Michele Little of Hilliard, FL, Patrick Maley(Kathy) of Yulee, FL, Charles Maley of St. Simons Island, GA, Timothy Maley(Pok) of Eagle River, AK, Jimmy Maley(Shirley) of Hazlehurst, GA and Anne-Marie Harper(Mike) of Colonels Island, GA, 25 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren,
She was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Maley, and a grandson, Charles Maley.
Visitation will take place at Sims Funeral Home, Douglas, GA on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 6-9:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Paul's Catholic Church,on Saturday June 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Internment in Douglas City Cemetery to follow.
