Marily (Helsten) Wood, of Plymouth, died on June 25th at Mass. General in Boston at the age of 71. The beloved wife of the late Norman Wood, she is survived by her children Janine Conley and her husband Robert of Plymouth, Michael P. Wood and his wife Deborah of Sandwich, Dennis Wood and his wife Denise of Plymouth and Jennifer Ruggiero and her husband Michael of Plymouth. She also leaves her 10 cherished grandchildren and her sister Kay Prideaux and her husband Ray of WI. Marilyn enjoyed quilting and was a member of the Quilting Bees and the American Quilting Society. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, June 27th at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) from 5 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday June 28th at the Zion Lutheran Church in Plymouth at 10 AM followed by burial at the Mass. National Cemetery in Bourne.
