Jeannine Y. "Nin" (Liarikos) Devlin, 50, of Fairhaven died Sunday May 2, 2004 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston after a long illness.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Jeannine L. (Loranger) Liarikos of Fairhaven and John G. Liarikos of Acushnet, she lived in New Bedford and Fairhaven for most of her life.
Ms. Devlin was formerly employed as a licensed practical nurse at Hathaway Manor Extended Care Facility.
She loved gardening and flowers.
Survivors include her parents; her companion Donna Olney of Fairhaven; a son Scott Devlin of Boston; a daughter Jennifer Devlin of Boston; two brothers, John G. Liarikos, II of Dartmouth, and Jay M. Liarikos of Fairhaven; three sisters, Diana Mascarello of East Taunton, Anne Marie Liarikos of Lakeville, and Catherine Martin of Fairhaven; a grandchild, Aiden Downey; her maternal grandmother, Yvonne D. Loranger of New Bedford; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was the sister of the late Marc Liarikos.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday May 5, 2004 at 10 AM in the First Church of the Nazarene, 764 Hathaway Rd., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Fairhaven. Visiting hours at the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Rd., Route 6, Mattapoisett Tuesday May 4, 2004 from 4-8 PM.
