Nellie McLellan, 87, of Derry, NH, died Wednesday June 20, 2012 in Parkland Medical Center in Derry. She was born in Hampstead, NH on March 15, 1925, a daughter of Ami and Mildred (Evans) Woodard, and had been a resident of Derry for many years.
She is survived by her niece, Mary Newcomb and her husband, Wayne of Allenstown, NH, and three grandnieces, Desi Newcomb, Cassie Johnston and Alexis Newcomb. She was predeceased by her husband, John W. McLellan in 2001, and by her son, John W. McLellan, Jr. in 1973.
Following cremation, she was buried with her husband and son in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
