Yvette L. (Durette) Plante, 88, of Westport passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Hathaway Manor. She was the wife of the late Herve J. Plante.
Daughter of the late Augustin and Laurianna (Blanchette) Durette, Mrs. Plante was a lifelong resident of Westport. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
Survivors include a son: Raymond H. Plante and his wife Patricia of Westport; a daughter: Claire S. Parent and her husband Rene of Westport; a sister: Lucille Pineault of Littleton, NH; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Plante was the sister of the late Aime, Maurice, Rene and Ronald Durette.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, June 25, 2012 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Sunday from 6-8 P.M.
Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
