Ft. Pierce, Florida – Mary “MJ” (McKenna) Laratonda, 55, died June 5, 2012 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Ft. Pierce, Florida following an intense yet brave struggle with cancer.
Mary was born in Methuen, the daughter of Joseph and Betty (O'Brien) McKenna and was a graduate of Tenney high school.
Mary is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Sean and Christine McKenna of Methuen. Sisters and brothers Pat and husband Dan Lawton, her brother Joseph and his wife Debbie McKenna, Carole McKenna, a brother Mark and his wife Lisa McKenna, three granddaughters Kendall, Ava, and Alexandra McKenna all of Methuen and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Laratonda was predeceased by her brother James McKenna, and her sister Elizabeth Orlando.

A private graveside committal service will take place at the families convenience.
