Obituary

Pauline A. Bouvier, 86, formerly of Central St., Manville, died Sunday evening at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Constant J. Bouvier.
Born in Manville, she was a daughter of the late Euchariste and Victoria (Tousignant) Raquier. She remained a lifelong resident of Manville and resided at The Holiday for the past several years.
Mrs. Bouvier was employed at Miller Electric for many years before retiring in 1988.
Pauline was a lifelong communicant of St. James Parish. She was a devout Red Sox fan, had a love for a variety of music and enjoyed time spent at the beach.
She will be most remembered for being a devoted and loving wife, mother, aunt and friend. Pauline loved and adored being a memere to her two grandsons.
Pauline enjoyed her time residing at The Holiday and participating in activities there. Her family is grateful for the care she received.
Pauline is survived by two sons, Charles Bouvier of Los Angeles, CA., and Denis Bouvier of San Francisco, CA., a daughter Jacqueline DiSpirito, and her husband Peter, of North Smithfield, two grandsons Conor and Jacob DiSpirito both of North Smithfield. She was the sister of the late Aldor, Aimee, Rene, Bernadette, Yvonne, Mother Sr. Noel, Melinda Blais, Noella Charron, and Rita Jette. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families.
Her funeral will be Friday at 9:00 am from the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 71 Central St., Manville, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. James Church, Division St., Manville. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Manville. Visiting hours are Thursday from 4-8 pm.
