In Raynham, June 17, 2012 Anna T. (Schiavo) MacDougall, age 69 passed away following a brief illness in the Lifecare Center of Raynham. Anna was born in Boston, the daughter of the late John & Concetta (Viscione) Schiavo. Anna has resided in Taunton for the last 30 years and was formerly of Boston. She was employed as a bookkeeper. Anna has been a Round Dance Cuer since 1984. She became the most popular Cuer in the New England Area. She was the Club Cuer for Silver Circles in Taunton, Seashell Steppers in Achusnet and Town Howlers in Portsmouth, in addition to traveling all over New England for various clubs. Anna enjoyed dancing, teaching dance and above all cherished her time with family. Anna is survived by her children Lisa Bonenfant & her husband Gary of Taunton and Linda Shumway of Taunton and her fiancée Paul Stewart. Anna leaves her two siblings Marie Udas of Middleboro and Jackie Schiavo of Foxboro. Anna also is survived by her loving grandchildren Amanda, Aaron and Alec Shumway all of Taunton, Haley and Troy Bonenfant of Taunton, and her great grandson Anthony Shumway. A funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Friday, June 22nd at 7pm. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours prior to the service from 5-7pm. Burial will be private at the request of the family in Fairview Cemetery in Boston.
