Peggy (Stewart) Pettengill, age 91, formerly of Fort Meyers, FL and Wingate at Silver Lake of Kingston, MA died peacefully June 6, 2012 surrounded by her loving family .
Peggy was born, raised and educated in Quincy, MA. She graduated from Quincy High School in 1939.
Peggy retired from Norfolk County Hospital after 30 years as a switchboard operator.
Beloved wife of Russell Pettengill, she is predeceased by her brother, Donald Stewart and his wife Rosalind and the sister of Malcolm Stewart and his wife Marion Stewart of Lady Lakes, FL, She also leaves 6 nieces and nephews, 12 great nieces and nephews and 3 great great nieces and nephews. Interment will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne on Thursday July 19 at 11 A.M.
