Rosemarie A.Paolino
Kingston, NH—Rosemarie Paolino, wife, mother, grandmother and avid golfer died unexpectedly at Boston’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Tuesday May 29, after a short illness.
The daughter of Michael and Anna Trovato, now deceased, Rosemarie was born in Lawrence, Mass on August 20, 1938. She is a 1954 graduate of St. Patrick’s High School in Lawrence.
Rosemarie went on to earn a teaching certificate in 1955 and was a grade school instructor at the Holy Rosary School in Lawrence until 1957.
In ensuing years, Rosemarie held a number of administrative positions at the North Andover, MA Western Electric Works and was also the owner of the River Road Fashion House, in Groveland, MA. with her husband, Joseph R. Paolino, Jr..
In addition, she has held clerical positions at Northern Essex Community College, attorney offices in Haverhill and an office management firm in North Andover, MA.
Rosemarie retired in 2003. Since then, she and her husband have been active travelers in both the US and Europe.
Rosemarie and Joseph were married in 1959 and have been residents in Lawrence, Haverhill and, most recently, Kingston, New Hampshire.
In addition to her husband, Rosemarie is survived by two children and their spouses: Deborah and her husband, Kurt Meier, of Fremont, NH and Joseph Paolino III, and his wife Anne, who are residents of London, England.
There are four grandchildren: Nicholas and Andrew Meier and Laura and James Paolino. Rosemarie also has a brother, Jon Trovato of Morristown, NJ.
A family-only memorial is being held to honor her memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family recommends that relatives and friends send donations to the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Development Fund to assist the institution in meeting future patient needs.
