Burns, Richard A. “Rick” of Boston, formerly of Marshfield, May 20, 2012 at the age of 43. Dear son of David Burns and the late Andrea (Bowles) Burns. Dear brother of Michael Burns of England and Carla Tolland and her husband Leo of Plymouth. Loving uncle of Michael, Ryan, Sarah and Kate Tolland. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins both from here and England. Rick was born and raised in Marshfield. He graduated from Marshfield High School class of 1986. Rick served in the U.S. Army National Guard during the Gulf War.
A memorial service will be held at the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St. Rte 139 Marshfield on Sunday, May 27 from 2-4 p.m. followed by a service at 4:00pm. Interment will be held at a later date.
