Anna M. Cullen, 89, of Central Street, Mapleville died Monday at her home after a long battle with cancer. She was the wife of the late Martin J. Cullen.
Born in Cranston, a daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Mancini) Paglio. She had lived in Mapleville previously living in Greenville, Las Vegas, NV and Tucson, AZ.
Mrs. Cullen was a long time member of the Smithfield PTA. She enjoyed bowling, crossword puzzles, bingo and reading mystery novels.
She leaves her children, Cynthia Cullen of Mapleville, Martin J. Cullen, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV and Michael J. Cullen of Freehold, NJ, 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Steven Cullen and sister of the late Rita Cerullo, Thomas, John, Vicky, Albert, Leonard and Martha Paglio.
Her Funeral Service will be held Friday at 9am in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation will be held Thursday 4-7:30pm in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville.
