Holden
Mary (Magdziarz) Skora 95, of 71 Parker Ave. died Friday, April 23, in Holden Nursing Home, after an illness.
Her husband, a decorated WWII Veteran, Stanley J. Skora died in 1964. She leaves, a niece, Janice L. Magdis of West Boylston; three nephews, Richard Magdis of Sterling, Joseph Magdis of Auburn and Walter Magdziasz of Worcester and several great nieces and great nephews. She was born in Manchester, NH, daughter of John and Eleanora (Wieigos) Magdziarz.
Mrs. Skora was a Home Health Aide for many years, retiring at the age of 85.She was a member of the Holden Senior Citizens and enjoyed antiques, dolls and gardening.
A Graveside Service will be held Monday, April 26, at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Goffstown, NH. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Holden Senior Citizens Center, 1130 Main St. Holden 01520.
