Mattie A. (Polly) Davis, 86 of Clarksville, died May 11, 2012 at Spring Meadows Health Care.
She was born September 5, 1925 in Quebec, TN, the daughter of the late Ed Hutchings and the late Lillie Mitchell Hutchings.
She was a member of Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She worked for Jay Garment.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roger Davis.
She is survived by two sons; Rickie (Libby) Davis of Nashville, Phillip (Mary) Davis of Memphis, three grandchildren, three great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren, best friend forever Margaret Hankins.
Visitation will be Sunday May 13, 2012 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM and Monday 10:00 AM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Funeral service will be Monday 2:00 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Byron Dumas officiating. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brian Davis, Michael Davis, Sean Grimes, Jack Barbee, Billy Underwood, Larry Hankins and Mike Hankins.
