
Mrs. Ethel (Moreau) Boutin, 102, died Monday at her home in Lawrence. Born in Biddeford, ME to Joseph and Marcelline (Bourque) Moreau, Mrs. Boutin had been an area resident most of her life. She worked as a floor girl at the Pacific Mill and Monomac Mill. Mrs. Boutin also worked for White Rose Laundry and Ace Sportswear. She was a member of Our Lady Of Good Counsel Parish and attended St. Theresa Church where she was a member of the Rainbow Club of St. Theresa’s. She enjoyed spending time with her family and crocheting. The widow of Gerald “Red” Boutin she is survived by three nieces Jacqueline and her husband Forrest Cameron of Bedford, NH, Claire Sheehan of Methuen and Lorraine Gagnon of Lawrence. Two nephews, Henry Moreau of Methuen and Ovide Moreau of Groveland.
A Funeral service will be held on Friday at 9:00 am at the Plonowski Funeral Home, 180 Jackson Street, Lawrence, burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Andover.
