James A. Suggs, Jr., 29, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Monday, May 7, 2012, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 11 at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald with Sister Helen Posey. Interment will follow in the Ocilla Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 Thursday evening at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
James was born April 23, 1983 in Tift County to Thelma Wright Suggs of Ocilla and James A. Suggs, Sr. of Douglas. He Attended Irwin County High School and graduated from Pierce County High School in 2001. James was an employee of Bold Corporation in Ocilla and a former employee of Berlin Corporation and Winn Dixie, both in Tifton and C & M Vinyl Siding in Ocilla.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Amanda J. Suggs of Ocilla; children, Jacob Suggs and Jaylen Suggs, both of Chula, Sharee Suggs, Addison Miller and Devon Miller, all of Ocilla; mother of Jacob and Jaylen, Kimberly Bromlow of Chula; sister, Jennifer Suggs of Willacoochee; brother, Michael Suggs of Ocilla as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
