DOROTHY P. “DOTTYE” BLOSS, 79, passed away on April 25, 2012.
She was a retired registered nurse for Jewish Hospital and a member of Shively Heights Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard C. M. Bloss, Jr. and her daughter, Susan Lynn Bloss.
Survivors include her children, Elizabeth Anne Bloss-Taylor (John), and David Allen Bloss (Nancy); grandchildren, Lesley-Anne Bloss Duke (David), Wesley Taylor, Olivia Bloss, Abbie Bloss, and Corinne DeWolfe; one great grandson, Brandon Christopher Duke; brother-in-law, Dr. Bryant Allen Bloss (Carolyn); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Sunday.
