Obituary

Ralph Curtis Pratt 85 of Walpole died April 24 in his home following a long illness. He was the husband of the late Gladys Mae (Turner) Pratt.
Born in Norwood, December 17, 1926, the son of the late George and Evelyn (Gilmore) Pratt, Mr. Pratt was a lifelong Walpole resident.
Mr. Pratt had been a self employed stone mason for many years.
He was an avid gardener, enjoyed hunting and trips to Cape Cod with his family.
He served in the Navy during World War II attaining the rank of Gunner’s Mate Third Class.
He was a member and former commander of the Walpole VFW.
He is survived by his children, Ralph C. Pratt, Jr. of Norwood, Keith E. Pratt of Walpole, Kevin J. Pratt of Walpole, Kimberly A. White of North Attleboro and Mark K. Pratt of Henryville, PA.
He is also survived by his sister Constance Fisher of Florida and his grandchildren, Curtis White, Nicholas White, Mason Pratt, Trevor Pratt, Mackenzie Pratt and Jacob Pratt.
His funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 3 in the Ginley Funeral Home, 892 Main St. in Walpole at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Walpole.
Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
