WORCESTER-Theodore "Teddy" A. Davis, 51, of 70 Southbridge Street, formerly of 36 Glendale Street died Friday, April 16th at home. He leaves a son T. Eric and his wife Mary R. Davis of Worcester, 2 sisters Rosemary Davis and her friend Craig R. Linell of Oxford and Claudia E. wife of David R. Boucher of Madrid, ME, 3 nieces Erin L. Boucher of Madrid, ME, Rachelle “Shelly” R. Morales of Manchaug, and Naomi C. Sachs of Worcester. His ex-wife Nancy H. Davis died in 1993.
He was born in Portland, ME son of Frederick S. and Claire J. (Connellan) Davis and graduated from Oxford High School in 1971. He later earned degrees to become a surgical technician and a certified nurses assistant. Mr. Davis worked for 12 years as a malpractice consultant for Ellis Law Firm and for 16 years as a surgical technician for Saint Vincent Hospital. He loved to read and enjoyed cooking and camping. Mr. Davis was a musician who especially enjoyed the drums.
The funeral is private. Calling hours are Wednesday, April 21st from 6:00 until 9:00 PM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the AdCare Hospital, 107 Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA, 01605.
