Michael Dean Smith, 66, of Clarksville, TN, died on Monday, April 23, 2012 at his residence. He was born on July, 31, 1945 in Pennington Gap, Virginia to the late Earl Freeman Smith and Ruby Sexton Smith.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 1 PM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West with full military honors. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 from 10 AM until 12 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
Michael was a retired U.S. Navy and Army veteran. He was also a member of DAV Chapter 101.
He is survived by three brothers, Bill Doyle Smith, Dennis R. Smith, and George Dale Smith and one sister, Vickie Darlene.
Military will serve as pallbearers.
