McDonald, Margaret Frances "Peg" 59, died late Monday, April 16, at Massachusetts General Hospital with family at her side. An independent thinker and adventurous spirit, Peg lived life to the fullest. She will always be remembered for her extraordinary intellect and wit, her ability to reveal an irony in any situation, and her voracious appetite for great food and inspiring books. Peg earned graduate degrees from Harvard and Suffolk Universities and worked in challenging professional roles ranging from manager to researcher. She is survived by her briliant children, Zola and Xavier, her devoted mother Patricia, her dear sisters who made her laugh, and Norris and other kindred spirits who brought love and friendship into her life. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Sunday May 20 at 2 PM which will be preceeded by a toast at the Arnold Arboretum.
