L. Victor Bernetich, 71, of Londonderry, NH, died Thursday April 19, 2012 in the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. He was born in Trieste, Italy on December 30, 1940, a son of the late Guerrino and Pierina (Vegliack) Bernetich, and had been a resident of Londonderry for the past 30 years, formerly living in Tewksbury, MA. Victor was self employed as a general contractor in the Southern NH area. He was a member of the American Legion Post #27 in Londonderry.
He is survived by his son, Michael Bernetich and his wife Joanne of Derry; his daughter, Michele Ninteau and her husband David of Litchfield, NH; five grandchildren, Emily and Zachary Bernetich, Billy, Lauren and Craig Ninteau. He was predeceased by his wife of 45 years, Rachelle J. (Baron) Bernetich in 2010.
Calling hours were held on Monday, April 23rd from 6 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00am in St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. The burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Gilcreast Road, Londonderry.
