Dartmouth – Frank P. Moniz, 89, died , Saturday, April 14, 2012 at home. He was the Loved husband of Gida (Freitas) Moniz of Dartmouth. Frank was the loved father of Susan Souza and her {husband David} of Dartmouth, and Stephen Moniz and his {wife Natalie} of Dartmouth, loved grandfather of Jenna Tieu and her {husband Minh},and Christopher Moniz, loved great grandfather of Jayden Tieu. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Gilbert Pacheco and Jose Moniz Jr.
Mr Moniz was born in New Bedford and was the son of the late Irene (DeMello) and Jose Pacheco. He worked as a Sewing Machine Mechanic. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of WWll. Frank loved spending time with his family and friends, loved golfing and trips to Florida
