Smith, Edward A. "Snuffy" of Hull, passed away April 16, 2012. He was 84. Edward grew up in Dorchester, living there for many years before moving to Hull 20 years ago. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII and went on to work for the U.S. Postal Service for 32 years, retiring in 1987. Living in Hull was a source of happiness for Edward and his wife, loving the beach and all of the great friends and memories made at Fay's over the years. He will be sadly missed.
Beloved husband of 53 years to Janet (Breen) Smith of Hull. Devoted father of Mary Kate D’Arcangelo of Hull, Timothy Smith of Hull and Noreen Smith of Quincy. Cherished grandfather of Sean and Ellen M. Foley.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Hull Thursday at 10 AM.
Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
