Dana Marie (Price) Sharma, 51, of Santa Cruz, CA, formerly of Framingham and Natick passed away on April 8, 2012. She was the devoted and loving wife of Ken Sharma and the cherished mother of her sons Justin and Matt.
Born and raised in Framingham, Dana was the daughter of Phyllis (Price) Tanck of Natick and the late James Price and a graduate of Keefe Tech in Framingham. After marrying Ken, with whom she had a true soul-mate relationship, they lived in Framingham for many years before purchasing a home in Natick. They were blessed with the birth of their sons and Dana became a nurturing role-model mom with overwhelming love and pride for her boys. The family moved to FL in the mid-90’s where they lived for nearly 15 years before moving to Santa Cruz, CA 3 years ago. Dana cherished every day and lived by the mantra “Life is Good”! Dana was fun loving, the life of a party, and adored by all that knew her. She was an inspiration and enhanced the lives of those she touched. She leaves a legacy of many happy memories and her spirit and love for life lives on through her loving children and all that knew her.
In addition to her husband, sons, and mother, Dana is also survived by her sisters, Roseann Wodeyla and her husband David of Natick, Cheryl Murray and her husband Wes of Uxbridge and Marcia Corcoran and her husband Bob of West Boylston. She was the loving aunt of Mike and Dan Wodeyla, Bob and Brianna Corcoran, and to favorite and special niece Melissa Morin of Barre, MA. Dana was also the adoring great-aunt to Nathan, Tyler, Christina, and Ryan Morin.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Dana’s family on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 2-4 PM in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St. (at Natick Common) Natick. A memorial Celebration of Dana’s Life will take place at 4:00 PM. Rev. Peter De Santo of Grace Church of Dover will officiate.
