Louis J. Martin 65, of Mesa AZ, formerly of Woonsocket, died March 27, 2012. He was the husband of Diane Ross Frappier Martin. Born in Worcester, MA he was the son of the late Louis and Aldea (Bachand) Martin. Louis was a US Air Force Veteran serving between 1966-1970, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, an Usher at Holy Cross Church in Mesa and a member of the Veterans Club of Crescent Run. Louis was a mail carrier for the US Post Office for many years.
Besides his wife he leaves three sons Patrick, Christopher, and Brian Martin all of Mesa AZ, a grandson Christopher Jr. and a step granddaughter Cassandra.
His funeral with an hour of visitation from 9:30 - 10:30 AM will be held Monday from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. John 's Church in Slatersville. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham.
