Louis A. Perretta, 59, of Newton Highlands, who was the founder of ITOI Enterprises, died Monday April 12, 2004 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston.Born in Newark NJ, Louis graduated from Plainfield High School in Plainfield NJ in 1962 and received his Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in 1967. He founded and operated ITOI Enterprises, which shipped microchips and processors, for the past 18 years.He is survived by his wife Diana (Herstein) Perretta, his daughters Merin Perretta of Morgan VT, and Gemma Perretta of Somerville, his mother Bessie (Pickar) Perretta, and his sister Rosann Behringer of Allentown PA.A memorial service will be held on Thurs April 15, 2004 at 11 AM in the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St. Newton Corner.
