Lawrence: Mrs. Olive T. (Riopelle) Frechette, 92, died Wednesday at the Mary Immaculate Nursing Home. Born in Lawrence Mrs Frechette had been an area resident all her life. she retired from Western Electric where she worked as an assembler, Mrs. Frechette was a member of Our Lady Of Good Counsel Parish and attended St. Theresa Church. She enjoyed dancing, and was a member of the Rainbow Club of St. Theresa. Mrs. Frechette also belonged to the Methuen and Lawrence Senior Centers and traveled extensively. The daughter of the late Louis and Josephine (Marcoux) Riopelle, She was pre-deceased by one sister, Cecile Riopelle Perron, 3 brothers, Gerard, Roland, and Vincent Riopelle, Mrs. Frechette was recently widowed by her husband of 66 years Amedee Frechette who died on March 14th 2012. She is survived by one sister Monica Riopelle of Methuen and one brother Chanel Riopelle of South Palm Beach, FL. Her devoted caregivers Diane Purcell and Rachel Fournier. There are several generations of nieces and nephews. ARRANGEMENTS: A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at Plonowski Funeral Home, 180 Jackson Street, Lawrence, burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
