Stefania E. Caprio "Helen", of Halifax, passed away on March 15, 2012. She was 92 years old. Stefania was educated in Boston schools, and is a longtime parishoner of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Halifax. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Caprio. Loving mother of Tina Cristina and her husband Fred, Frank Caprio and his wife Diana, and the late Anthony Caprio and his wife the late Judith Caprio. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie, Mia, Gary, Jennifer, Richard, Brian, and Nathan, and great grandmother to Tiffany, Nicholas, Haley, Emily, Julia, Anthony, Jake, Mia. Mrs. Caprio is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, March 19th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 580 Monponsett St, Halifax on Tuesday, March 20th at 9:00 AM. Interment will be at the St. Thomas Aquinas cemetery in Bridgewater.
