Mary L. Coviello, 87 of Somerville, died Thursday after a brief illness in the Mt. Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, MA.
Born in Boston, she lived in Somerville the past 60 years and was the daughter of the late Mary Agnes (Nolan) and John P. Barry.
Mary was a Clerk at Loews Theater in Somerville for 14 years and retired in 1992.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph Coviello. Devoted mother of Donna Ramsey and her husband Bruce, Joseph Coviello and his wife Valorie all of Somerville. Loving grandmother of Tia Canizalez, Maria Coviello, Eric Ramsey, Liana, Joseph and Anthony Coviello and the late Bruce Adam Ramsey. Also survived by great grandson Miguel Canizalez and great granddaughter Juliette Ramsey. Sister of John and James Barry. Sister in law of Claire Barry of Marstons Mills.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford Tuesday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Monday 5-9.
Interment will be private.
